We had a great stay at a hotel in a wonderful location. The short walk to the pedestrian only zone, botanical gardens, and Orangerie made exploring the area so easy. The abundance of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers nearby gave us plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Our room was quiet, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. Plus, there was ample parking available, which was very convenient for us. we highly recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

The location in the beautiful old town of Erlangen is excellent. Although this is bought by direct proximity to a church with a church bell, this is reasonable (especially for early risers). The rooms (corridors to the rooms) are a little angled, but this is the charm of the hotel. The modern room and the bathroom were large and well equipped. We had a room on the ground floor, located at the inner courtyard and we felt comfortable even with open windows. I cannot judge the breakfast, but the other evaluations speak for themselves. Instead, we made use of one of the very many choices in the oldtown. The communication with the nice and helpful staff was very good. Unfortunately we had a considerable late arrival in the evening due to problems with the train service. A short phone call and it was no problem. After arriving in the room we had to notice that the drain of the washbasin was clogged. A short message at the reception and the repair was immediately initiated.

First of all I would like to say that the hotel room and the bathroom itself were very clean. Unfortunately, when leaving the room we noticed that between the two beds (in the double room) there was no cleaning done for a longer time. Dirt, hair and dust collected in the crack between the mattresses. Except for this too late noticed shortcoming, however, everything was satisfactory. Moreover, I am very sure that if we had noticed this earlier, the hotel staff would have taken immediate measures.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was wonderful, within walking distance to public transport stops, bars, restaurants, and shops. The double room we stayed in was spacious and despite facing the street, the window shutters helped keep the noise out. The staff was friendly and the parking was good value for money. The hotel also had free WiFi, which made the kids happy. a comfortable and convenient choice.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I loved the location, which was within walking distance to the train station, making it convenient for sightseeing in Nuremberg. The hotel is situated in a good and quiet area, just outside the busier town square.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Only 2 cons: room in separate building (I was not aware of it) and mainly the creaking bed.

The decoration of the hotel was lovely and had a charming traditional feel. The cozy seating areas in the lobby were perfect for resting and chatting with friends. I appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with easy access to the main building and comfortable chairs in the lobby for resting. It made my stay much more enjoyable.

My only request for a better vacation for senior people would be for the children working there to be more attentive to the needs of older guests. Perhaps a little more assistance with carrying bags or offering information about nearby attractions would have been nice.

Room location as was next to a bar on the street so it was very noisy both nights.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to many restaurants and cafes. The service was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a short stay. The bathroom amenities were up to date and functioning properly.

The breakfast was subpar, with mediocre coffee and eggs. The curtains were not wide enough and did not block out all the light, making it difficult to sleep in.

Wonderfully friendly staff, very accomodating! Tasty breakfast buffet with wide range of choices! Rooms are simple, very clean. Great location within walking-distance of cool restaurants/pubs/hang-outs. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!!
